Leonard will represent Washington State Chili Cookoff 2016 as the Judge\\\\\\\'s Choice Winner at World Food Championships. He was born and raised in Washington and has enjoyed participating in Chili cook-offs across the state for the last 10+ years. His specialties are in smoking and BBQ and he loves the competition of cook-offs! Always experimenting with new secret ingredients from chocolate to agave to roasted hot peppers. His claim to fames are 1st Judge’s Choice/Camelot Society, 1st Judge’s Choice/13th Ave Pub Chili Cook-off, 1st Judge’s Choice/Hawkeyes Pub Chili Cook-off, People’s Choice/Alderwood Pets Mac n Cheese Contest, People’s Choice/Camelot Society, TOP 3 Finishes in Homestyle and Salsa in Washington State ICS 2014 and 2nd place in People\\\\\\\'s Choice at ICS World\\\\\\\'s, plus an endless number of practice batches for his family!
