Joshua and Gwendolyn became a culinary duo when Salvage Station opened its doors in June of 2016. With wide open spaces on the riverfront, live music daily and special events at every turn, Josh and Gwen knew the food needed to reflect the very cool atmosphere of Salvage Station. Incorporating new ideas with southern Appalachian flare quickly stole the hearts of Asheville’s foodie locals. The team hopes to share the same love with patrons of the foodie world!
