Born in Medford, OR but grew up in Ardmore, OK then in 2002 moved back to Medford got a corporate job with Sprint and started cooking for my team to encourage better sales, that turned in to cooking for the entire call center, that turned into cooking in my first competition in 2007, taking 3rd place, then grand champion in 2010....center closed in 2014 took my severance and built my trailer and have been loving life of vending at fairs, festivals, and other special events and catering for small gatherings and even have done a 2,400 corporate lunch (that was a crazy day!) I would've never guessed I'd be cooking for a living....I've always been in sales or construction but it's been the most rewarding.
