Lauren Katz is the Executive Chef at The Difference Baker in Ashburn, VA. She has won over 50 cooking and baking competitions over the past several years. Her favorites include winning ABC's "The Great Holiday Baking Show", Mionetto Prosecco’s Cocktail Challenge, and Sutter Home’s Build a Better Burger. She has appeared on Good Morning America, Great Day Washington, The Kitchen, Pickler and Ben, and other local news shows. She has been a finalist and category winner in 3 Pillsbury Bake Off contests, and has had recipes featured in many magazines including Cooking Light, Food Network Magazine, Woman's Day, Taste of Home, and Louisiana Cooking. Lauren is a mother of three, has a degree in Fine Arts (Painting and Printmaking), loves doing wheel-thrown pottery, reading, and hanging out with her English and French Bulldogs.
