I have in the kitchen setting since i was 15 years old. I love the thrill of cooking, prepping food, serving and tasting. Food is my passion and i love what i do. I have moved many times in last 5 years to be in different kitchens. I have 2 kids and a lovely wife who is my sous chef. I also love to hunt/fish and am a butcher as well.
