Started liking cooking when I worked on board the QE2 Cruise ship liner by translating cooking classes and dealing with different ways of cooking at ports of call during world & Caribbean Cruises. In 1996 I started with a local restaurant by the mangrove área in Margarita Island then Situm restaurant in main land Puerto La Cruz. Now I owe D Road Cafe restaurant since 2011 in Montgomery Alabama and our main ingredient is our passion and love for cooking
