Hi Iain Horne aka Dil Chilli, The current UK Chilli cook Champ. I confess I am a food addict and have been ever since first tasting Spaghetti Pomodorro with loads of melted cheddar cheese on it, no Parmigiano-Reggiano in Glasgow in the early 1970's . I am self taught amateur with a love of Latino and Mediterranean flavors and cant wait to compete in the WFC.
