My name is Juan Polanco Cepeda. I have been working in the culinary industry for more than 40 years. I have worked as Executive Chef in multiple popular restaurants in Puerto Rico. In addition, worked as a professor of culinary arts at the Interamerican University of Bayamon PR. I am currently the Executive chef at Don Maceta Restaurant in the town of Añasco Puerto Rico.
