I am originally from sunny Southern California, and I now reside on North Padre Island, Texas. I am a home cook, and own my own sauce and jelly based creations business. Last year was my first competitive cooking competition in the Texas Super Chef qualifier. This year will be my first year at the World Food Championships. I pride myself in doing what I love, while doing what I can to put a smile on someone’s face. While my creative cooking may still be in its infancy, it is maturing rapidly. I look forward to sharing my creative spin on old classics during this exciting adventure.
