Have been competing in PNWBA and KCBS BBQ, CASI Chili, SCA Steak since 2007 and entertaining friends and family since forever. I enjoy all styles of cooking and have recently taken up Neopolitan style pizza with a couple of Pizza ovens. My wife and I both enjoy cooking and when traveling to New countries we always take a Market and Cooking Class to experience the local cuisine to take back and serve to friends and family back home.
