HEAD COOK: Darrel Seskin
COMPETITION: World Burger Championship
Darrel and his team known as Braai-Q, Braai-Q is a Canadian BBQ competitive team made up of ex-South Africans, "Braai" is a South African term for BBQ. While I have been cooking for many years both in South Africa and in Canada, I began competing in 2015, I have completed my PNWBA judges certified as well and been a board member of the Canadian BBQ Society (CBBQS.COM) for a number of years to assist in promoting professional and backyard enthusiasts. With several different smokers and BBQs in the backyard it’s a passion I enjoy immensely. We have been known to cater some events and love nothing more that to cook for large parties at our home. 2022 will be my first year attending WFC and am looking forward the event
