I have no professional training or culinary background, My Mother and Grandmother showed me how to express joy and love through simple and flavorful meals and dessert that warm your soul and lighten your burdens, even if for just a moment. I brought that with me as I found the love of my life and began our own family. My most treasured memories were standing in a kitchen with those close to my heart as we giggle, cook, and then sit to enjoy what we created together. Both of those amazing women have passed on, as has my oldest son. Those memories are something I will forever cherish and continue to pass on for as long as I am able.
