Sydney Australian based competition cooking team Jacks Creek BBQ team is our rebranded team name formerly Rollin Smoke BBQ , we are based out of Emu Plains ( a suburb of Western Sydney) Australia , BBQ has been a passion of mine for over 10 years now and we have been competing since 2015 we mainly compete in the Australian Barbecue Alliance ( ABA) competition series and SCA but will also do any local KCBS or backyard comp available to us this year we have also been competing in the WFC Australia series and have been lucky enough to finish 1st in both BBQ and Beef categories at Melbourne and 2nd in BBQ at Sydney Currently the #1 Rib and Lamb cook and #3 chicken cook SCA # 6 ancillary and #10 steak cook
