I am the pitmaster of the Two Little Pigs BBQ - East Coast Team. Our team has been competing in the Northeast, mostly in CT area. We started as a bunch of white-collar professionals who wanted some really good BBQ in the Northeast so began competing to up the quality level of our barbecue by competing against restaurants and professional BBQ teams. With our love of really good barbecue, patience, and attention to detail, we are able to deliver some awesome tasting barbecue that we were looking for in the area. The team has now expanded to include a diverse mix of barbecue fanatics and I am always trying to mix our ideas into producing the best barbecue. We are looking forward to competing in the WFC championships!
