I am is a wild child adventurer turned professional chef. Three-time MasterChef competitor and former Top 4 finalist. I was born in Chicago, Illinois, with my heart and soul lost somewhere in backwoods country. I feel the most grounded and connected to the earth when hunting and gathering all that it provides. Finding my food in the wild, creates a deeper passion, creativity, and connection in my work. I am redefining “farm to table” as “forest to fork” by bringing the “wild woods” straight to the plate.
