COMPETITION: World Invitational Steak Championship - SCA
Started competitive cooking with Bbq in the mid-80’s. I was introduced to the SCA in 2017 and have been regularly competing in 50+ events per year. Finishing 12th in 2017, 6th in 2018 and 23rd in the SCA World Championship’s. We have qualified each year to the SCA World Championship and the WFC as well. Due to work issues, this will be my first WFC. In the SCA, we have won 10 events including the 2021 Arkansas Steak Championship. We have a line of original recipe seasonings called PitGrit Seasonings that are sold in the US, Europe and Australia.
