I am a sous chef at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek and a Dallas College Food and Hospitality alumni. I was born in Ukhrul, India, which is a small town tucked away between the mountains of Nepal and Myanmar. I grew up in Dallas, more specifically in the Lake Highlands neighborhood, and plan to one day open a restaurant that will reflect the diverse cultures I have been exposed to in Dallas.
