I started my professional culinary career at the Polynesian Cultural Center in North Shore Oahu. I was lead baker at Pounder's Restaurant under the direction of Chef Felix Tai. During the height of the pandemic, our careers brought us back to Arkansas and I started a cottage bakery called Sips and Sweets in the summer of 2020. I grew that business in Northwest Arkansas for two years before I merged with Pink House Alchemy in Fayetteville in August 2022.
