I am very thankful that my calling in life is also what I do for a living. Cooking for people has always been something I've enjoyed doing since I was a kid cooking for his little brothers after school. I always tell people if I got a knife and a flame, I can cook them anything. In fact I once cooked a whole 5 course dinner in the back alley way of a jazz club with only spite fueling me. I've been mentored by so many talented chefs and I cannot wait to make them proud!
