WFC Taps Alabama Coasting For Final Table Magazine

More than 1,400 cooks from 42 states and 15 countries attended the World Food Championships (WFC) during its 8th annual search for the ten best culinary athletes and artisans from around the globe in Dallas, Texas. With the attention now turning to WFC’s $100,000 Final Table Challenge in Indianapolis, Indiana, WFC has enlisted the help of long-time partner Alabama Coasting to produce an exclusive magazine to highlight this year’s Category Champs and host site destination.

According to Mike McCloud, WFC President and CEO, “one of the best ways to get the scoop on all of our champions as well as learn more about Food Sport in 2020 will be the WFC Final Table Magazine.”  McCloud added, “We are excited to be working with Alabama Coasting again. They did a great job producing the program for our Final Table event in Bentonville, Arkansas.”

Danny Calametti, Alabama Coasting’s CEO, shared his thoughts on collaborating with WFC on this publication. “We could not be more excited to tell the story of these ten great champions while at the same time promoting the community of Food Sport.”

The World Food Championships - Final Table Magazine will feature profiles on each Top Ten Category Champion, a recap of WFC 2019 competitions and activities, recommendations for the best Food Sport competitions and culinary destinations, and insight on WFC’s Final Table host city. The official guide for this year’s Final Table in Indianapolis is set to be published in March 2020.
