Red Gold Tomatoes Supplies Bacon Competitors with Structure Build Necessities
The World Food Championships (WFC) recently revealed its 2019 Tournament Chart for its Main Event in Dallas, Texas this October. The chart announced the Structured Builds and Infusion for its 8th Annual Ultimate Food Fight, which is being held at Reunion Tower Lawn. One of the competition’s most unique challenges for this year is in the Bacon category, presented by Red Gold Tomatoes.
For 2019, Bacon competitors have been tasked with creating a Bloody Mary Appetizer (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) in the Opening Round of the competition. Each competitor will be required to incorporate at least one of the following Red Gold products: Red Gold Tomato Juice, Sacramento Bloody Mary Mix or Sacramento Bottled Tomato Juice into their Structured Build entry.
Additionally, all Bacon competitors in the Structured Round will be required to use a Skewdat in their presentation dish. The competitors have the choice whether they want to keep it simple with traditional garnishes like celery, olives, and lemon slices, or go all-out with sliders, pizza, onion rings, or even fried chicken.
To help cooks prepare for WFC’s high-paced competition, Red Gold Tomatoes will be sending a kit in August to all registered Bacon competitors which will include:
-
Red Gold 46oz Tomato Juice
-
Sacramento Bloody Mary Mix
-
SkewDat
-
Red Gold 15oz Chili Ready Crushed (Top Ten Round)
-
Red Gold 15oz Chili Ready Sauce (Top Ten Round)
Bacon Food Champs who are eager to get their hands on these products can purchase them in advance by visiting BuyRedGoldNow.com.
